Built around the builder's schedule
Builders rarely lose money on price. They lose it on trades that show up late or leave work the next crew has to fix. Inkoma is set up around that problem: ten crews, one point of contact, and scopes that hand off clean.
One scope, no gaps
Insulation, drywall and finishing under a single contract. No coordinating three separate subs, and nobody to point fingers when a stage isn't ready on time.

Schedules we hold
Ten crews across Calgary means we can commit to dates and keep them, including when your build calendar shifts and the window moves.
Detailing that stands up
Vapour barrier sealed at every penetration, seams lapped, batt cut to fit rather than stuffed. The details an inspector checks first are the ones we get right.
Step 01

Takeoff & Quote
Send the plans. We do the takeoff, price the scope by the square foot, and come back with numbers you can drop straight into the budget.

Step 02

Scheduling
We book against your build calendar and confirm which crew takes the job, so you know what lands in which week before anything starts.

Step 03

Install & Handover
The scope gets completed and cleaned up, and the unit is handed to the next trade ready to work. Deficiencies come back on our time, not your schedule.
